Just Start My Goal

Setting a goal is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.

A few days ago, I went to Pharmacy to buy some medicines, there I saw a weight measuring machine. I stand on it and saw my weight which was 15 kg more than I expected. All Credit goes to Corona which became the reason for closing universities and I was lying down all-day. I did not pay much attention to my health and food, Although I am a Food Technologist, but I love to eat Junk food on regular basis. Regular Cold-drinks, Fries, and Burgers play a vital role in enhancing my body fat.

Now I set up a SMART GOAL to reduce my 10kg in 2 months by walking 30 minutes a Day and 6 Days a week. The tasks I Need to Do to achieve my Goal are: I have to Control My Diet, Walking Regularly, Totally avoid Cold Drinks, and to be Consistent.

I set up this GOAL YesterDay, and also take a start from that day. I majorly have this GOAL to lose weight and to be a fit person. The Challenges I have to face during that GOAL are to Say GOODBYE :( to Junk Foods especially “GO PUMP KA Zinger Burger and Fries” but if There is No Pain, there will be No Gain.

I am gonna missed that Burger and Fries. KHAIR!!!… The greatest wealth is Health. And who has health has hope and who has hope has everything.

By developing that GOAL, I learn if there is something you want to achieve, just take a start and be Consistent, Because Consistency is a very important thing in any GOAL to achieve. The next steps are to keep Doing and achieve my GOAL IN SHA ALLAH.
